INTRODUCTION
Before connecting and using the devices, please read this manual carefully. In case of any problems with understanding its content, please contact the seller of the device. Self-assembly and commissioning of the device is possible provided that the installer has basic knowledge in the field of electrical engineering and the use of appropriate tools. Nevertheless, it is recommended that the device be installed by qualified personnel. The importer is not responsible for any damage that may result from improper installation or operation of the device, as well as from performing independent repairs and modifications.

1. INTENDED USE AND GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS
The AC-20C7 and AC-30C7 code locks are devices intended for use in security systems. The devices have two relay outputs that can control the inputs to the property. For example, an electromagnetic bolt that opens a wicket or an entrance door can be connected to the exit. All lock functions are programmed using the numeric keypad. After programming the device, it is possible to later control the entrance to the property in 3 ways:
  • entry only by means of ID proximity card,
  • entry with the use of a combination of: proximity card and 4-digit access code,
  • entry by means of proximity card or 4-digit access code.
The AC-20C7 and AC-30C7 combination locks are closed in a robust, vandal-resistant and waterproof - sealed housing, which allows it to be installed virtually anywhere, both inside and outside the building. There is a numeric keypad on the front of the device. Outside, there are sections of cables connecting the device with the power supply, electromagnetic bolt and optionally with other devices.

2. CONTENTS OF THE KIT
The complete set includes:
  • combination lock,
  • mounting screws,
  • installation key.
3. CONSTRUCTION OF THE LOCK
The external structure of combination locks is shown in Fig. 1-2.

Fig. 1. Construction of the AC-20C7 code lock

Fig. 2. Construction of the AC-30C7 code lock

The code lock is equipped with two relay outputs for controlling the electromagnetic bolt. It is possible to connect the standard bolts to the system using the "NO" and "COM" contacts, as well as the reversible bolts - using the "NC" and "COM" contacts.

4. INSTALLATION OF THE LOCK AND CONNECTION DIAGRAM
The AC-20C7 and AC-30C7 locks are designed for surface mounting. In order to install the lock at the entrance to the property, proceed as follows: 1. Separate the lock mounting base from its main body by first unscrewing the mounting bolt at the bottom of the
lock using a special key (kit accessory). Then, the rear part of the casing should be slightly moved a few mm upwards in relation to the front part, then tilted by about 20 degrees and removed (Fig. 3).

Fig. 3. Sliding off the rear part of the housing

2. In the wall or pillar where the lock is to be installed, mark 4 places for dowels and mounting screws, using for this purpose 4 external holes in the lock mounting base (see fig. 4 - 5).

Fig. 4. Installation of the AC-20C7 code lock

Fig. 5. Installation of the AC-30C7 code lock

3. Drill holes in the marked places and then place 4 mounting pins in them.

4. Connect the electric cables from the power supply and electromagnetic lock (and possibly from
other devices) to the lock connection socket - according to the diagram shown in Fig. 6.

Fig. 6. Connection diagram of AC-20C7 and AC-30C7 code locks

(!) Attention:The cable harness must pass through the large circular opening in the center of the base fastening

5. Use 4 mounting screws to fix the lock base to the wall.
6. Put the lock body on the base fixed to the wall and screw the fastening screw at the bottom of the lock with the key.

Diagram notes:
  1. All elements shown in the diagram (electromagnetic bolts, bell, power supply, closing button, etc.) - are elements of additional equipment.
  2. The diode D1 (accessories of the set) should be connected with the electromagnetic boltonly and exclusively in the case of powering the bolt with direct current.
  3. Insulate any unused terminals in the wiring harness.

5. HOW TO USE A CODE LOCK
The device is equipped with two relay outputs, enabling the operation of two partitions, and an
output for connecting a bell.
Characteristic:
 a) I ZONE
•   Service by 1000 users,
•   Three ways to activate the lock:
  • entering the property only with an authorized ID proximity card,
  • entering the property with an authorized ID proximity card or digital access code,
  • entering the property with an authorized ID proximity card and digital access code.
 b) ZONE II
•   Operation by 10 users,

 c) Possibility to connect a bell (see fig. 6).

5.1. ENTRY TO THE PREMISES
Activating the entrance to the property depends on the set method of lock activation (see section 5.1.).

In order to enter the property with the use of a proximity card, the proximity card must be pulled in front of the reader. If the card is correct, the zone opening indicator will turn green (zone 1) or red (zone 2) and you will hear a short double acoustic signal. If an incorrect card has been inserted - a series of four short beeps will appear.

To enter the property with a proximity card or code, slide the proximity card in front of the reader / enter the code. If the card / code is correct, the zone opening indicator will light up in vgreen (zone 1) or red (zone 2) and a short double acoustic signal will be emitted. If an incorrect card / code has been entered - a series of four short beeps will appear.

To enter the property with a proximity card and code you should:
 a) First, swipe the proximity card in front of the reader (if the card is correct, a short double acoustic signal will be emitted, if an incorrect card has been entered - a series of four short beeps will appear) and enter the code. If the code is correct - the zone opening indicator will turn green (zone 1) or red (zone 2) and a short double acoustic signal will be emitted. If an incorrect code has been entered - a series of four short beeps will appear.
 b) First, enter the code (if the code is correct, a short double acoustic signal will appear, if the code has been incorrectly entered - a series of four short beeps will appear) and then draw any proximity card in front of the reader. The zone opening indicator will turn green (zone 1) or red (zone 2) and a short double beep will sound.

5.2. SIGNALING OF THE ZONE OPENING INDICATOR
The zone opening indicator informs the user about the zone in which the bolt has been released.

 A. When the zone 1 lock is released, the zone open indicator turns green
 B. When the zone 2 lock is released, the zone open indicator turns red

5.3. ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS
5.3.1. LOAD BUTTON
The normally open button can be connected to both zones 1 and 2. Details of the connection can be found
in the diagram in Fig. 6 (page 8).

5.3.2. DOOR CLOSING DETECTION
The device has a door closure detection function - after opening and closing the door, the device blocks the bolt, even if the slowing time is set to a longer one. The connection details can be found on the diagram in Fig. 6 (page 8).

5.3.3. RINGER FUNCTION
The device has an output for connecting a chime. Connection details and parameters can be found on the diagram in Fig. 6 (page 8). To trigger the bell, press the button *.

5.4. ENTERING THE SETTING MODE

The appearance of a single, short acoustic signal means that the settings have been changed correctly. The appearance of a series of three short acoustic signals means that the desired code length is identical to the previously set one.
To exit the settings menu, press #.

CAUTION
Changing the length of the master code automatically deletes all the stored cards and codes from the lock's memory.

6.4. ADDING MASTER CARDS
To enter the settings mode, enter the master code twice. The lock status indicator will turn red and a long acoustic signal will be heard confirming that the mode has been changed.
Then, to add a master card for zone 1, press the buttons*and7.If the work status indicator:
