Terms of sale

The owner of the online store GrandControl.ee (hereinafter referred to as the online store) is  Keeltetehnoloogiad  OÜ (registration code 14111335), located at Estonia, 80019, Pärnu linn, Jalaka tn. 10-35.

Validity of the sales contract, product and price information
The conditions of sale apply to the purchase of goods in the online store.
The prices of goods sold in the online store are indicated next to the goods. The price of the goods includes KM tax 22%. All prices for goods sold in the online store are indicated in euros.
Shipping charges vary depending on the buyer's location and delivery method. The shipping cost is displayed to the buyer at checkout.
Product information is posted in the online store directly next to the product.


Order formation
To order a product, you must add the desired products to the shopping cart. To place an order, you must fill in the required data fields and select the appropriate method of delivery of the goods. The screen then displays the amount that can be safely paid.

  • Klarna's buy now, pay later methods allow customers to spread the cost over time, making it easier to buy big-ticket item.

Attention!!! When paying with a bank link, be sure to click the "Return to merchant" button on the bank page. 

If the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to the end of the goods or for any other reason, the buyer will be informed of this as soon as possible, and the money paid (including the cost of shipping the goods) will be returned without delay, but no later than within 3 days after notification.

 
Delivery
Delivery directions and courier and postal delivery operators are indicated on the "Delivery" page.

The buyer can pick up the paid goods on his own in the office of the online store located at Estonia, 80019, Pärnu linn, Jalaka tn. 10-35. The day and time the buyer must agree in advance with the administration of the online store.
The cost of shipping the goods is borne by the buyer, and the corresponding price information is displayed next to the shipping method.
Shipments within Estonia usually arrive at the destination specified by the buyer within five working days from the entry into force of the sales contract. Delivery outside of Estonia is usually carried out within ten working days.


In exceptional cases, the total delivery time of the goods may be extended up to 45 calendar days from the date the money for the goods is credited to the account of the online store.


Right to sue
Before sending the order to the buyer, the administration of the online business checks the completeness of all goods and the absence of visible defects. It is the buyer's responsibility to check the package of goods within 10 calendar days from the date of receipt of the actual ordered goods at the post office.

Interneta veikals is not responsible for defects found after the product has been handed over to the buyer.

In case of claims, the buyer has the right to contact the online shop no later than 14 calendar days after receiving the ordered goods by sending an e-mail to GrandControl@mail.ee.

Interneta veikals responds to the buyer's complaint within 3 working days.
 

Direct marketing and processing of personal data 
The online store uses the personal data entered by the buyer only to process the order and send the goods to the buyer. The online store transfers personal data to companies providing transport services for the purpose of delivering goods.
The online store sends newsletters and offers to the buyer's email address only if the buyer has expressed his desire to do so by entering the email address on the website and has indicated his desire to receive notifications by mail. 

The buyer may opt out of offers and newsletters sent by email at any time by notifying us by email or by following the instructions in the email containing the offers. 


Argument resolution
If the buyer has claims against the online store, they should be sent by e-mail to GrandControl@mail.ee. 

If the buyer and the online store cannot resolve the dispute by agreement, the buyer can apply to the Consumer Disputes Commission. You can read the procedural conditions and apply here (https://komisjon.ee/et/avalduse-esitamine) . The competence of the Consumer Disputes Commission includes the resolution of disputes arising from the contract concluded between the buyer and the online store. Consideration of the buyer's complaint by the commission is free of charge.
